    • To be eligible for a return, your coffee product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the eligible return period. You can reach us through sales@abbotsfordroad.com.
    • Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation or images.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, and the shipping address for the return.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Abbotsford Road is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipment.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within 7 days.
    • The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
    • Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  5. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange your coffee product for a different item or variant, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in determining the availability of the desired item and guide you through the exchange process.
    • The same eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1 apply to exchanges.
  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
